Our Rates

Bill and Jeannette are pleased to offer you their inclusive rate of $300.00 per night, based on 4 adults for the entire cabin. The rate for each additional adult is $50.00 per person/per night; children under the age of 6 years old are free. We are a new, small business and as such will try our best to accommodate your specific individual needs. We will strive to be as flexible as possible with our check-in and departure times, in an effort to correspond with your travel schedule.

Please feel free to contact us to discuss rate options for extended stays, or smaller parties. The maximum capacity for the cabin is six adults. We require a 50% deposit to guarantee the reservation with the remaining balance due upon arrival. A fully refundable damage deposit is required at check-in; the amount will vary upon group size and length of stay.

We require one month notification in order to cancel a Christmas or New Year’s Eve reservation. All other reservation may be cancelled once a 7-day notification is received, with a full refund of deposit.
